Step 1

Upload your current inventory

Export a CSV from your warehouse, spreadsheet, or wherever you currently track stock. Upload it to InventoryInsights and we'll parse your SKUs, quantities, and cost data automatically. This becomes your starting “snapshot” — the baseline that all future changes are measured against.

Connect Your Sales Platforms

Link Shopify, ShipWorks, and more. InventoryInsights starts listening for new orders. Every time a shipping label is created across your platforms, we automatically deduct the sold quantities from your inventory — including individual components if the order contains a bundle.

Step 3

Set reorder alerts

For each SKU (or all at once), set a low-stock threshold. When computed on-hand hits that number, we send you an email so you can reorder before you run out. Alerts are based on real sales velocity, not just a static number — so fast-moving SKUs warn you earlier.
