Does it work with my ShipWorks setup?
If you use ShipWorks to print shipping labels, yes. InventoryInsights reads your order data — it doesn't matter which marketplaces, carriers, or plugins you use. Any order that generates a shipment in ShipWorks will automatically update your inventory.
Can I export my data if I stop using it?
Yes. You can export your full inventory, order history, and adjustment logs as CSV files at any time — from the dashboard or via our API. Your data is yours.
